Measure what guests explore
Depending on the agreed configuration, reporting can cover menu visits, category selections, dish previews and pairing engagement. We define the events for your menu and verify that they reach the intended measurement destination before relying on the report. The scope explains which interactions are captured and any gaps that affect the interpretation.
A report your manager can act on
The monthly review brings the configured signals together with recommendations. An item attracting attention may deserve a clearer description or a stronger supporting photograph. A suggestion receiving little engagement may need a different pairing or placement. Your team’s service feedback helps explain what the numbers cannot, including availability changes or recurring guest questions.
We agree a small number of content changes rather than presenting a long list of metrics without a purpose. Updates can then be handled within your plan’s allowance.
Clear about what the data means
A dish opening records interest. It does not establish who the guest is, what they ordered or how much they spent. Sales attribution requires suitable order data and a separate scope. Reporting also depends on the implemented measurement and consent settings; a missing or unverified tag is not a working analytics service.
We agree the measurement provider, appropriate privacy information and consent approach for the setup. Access and reporting arrangements are confirmed with the restaurant before measurement begins.
Designed as an ongoing service
Growth is AED 599 per month plus AED 3,500 setup per outlet, including the visual menu, curated pairings and monthly interest report. It supports up to 150 items and two approved languages, with two update batches totalling 20 edits per month. The service delivers a reviewed report; a restaurant administration portal or POS integration needs separate consideration.
