ambiLet’s talk menus

One standard. Every venue’s own story.

A restaurant group needs a recognisable experience without making every location identical. Ambi coordinates digital menu work across multiple outlets, bringing consistent brand direction to venue-specific dishes, prices and content. We build a practical rollout with your team and keep approval responsibilities clear at each stage.

Shared identity, local detail

We agree the elements that should remain consistent across the group, then define each venue’s menu and guest journey. A branch may have a different drinks selection, featured dishes or service hours. Those details belong to its approved content rather than being copied from another location and left for staff to correct.

OCCO’s separate Hessa and Business Bay menus illustrate how one restaurant identity can accommodate different venue menus. They are examples of the underlying work rather than evidence of a self-service group platform.

A proposal for each outlet’s work

Multi-location projects receive a custom proposal. We review item counts, languages, supplied imagery, pairings and reporting requirements for every outlet. Setup and ongoing updates are scoped per venue, with shared design work identified where appropriate. Group pricing follows that review rather than an automatic discount or an unlimited menu package.

Launch in an order your team can support

A first venue can establish the approved design and content workflow before the next locations follow. We agree the sequence, nominate restaurant approvers and prepare previews for each outlet. Your team checks prices, descriptions, translations and branch-specific links before publication. Photography can be arranged for the locations that need it as a separate service.

Keep the ownership clear after launch

The monthly proposal defines each outlet’s update allowance, reporting and request process. A named contact supplies approved changes; we manage their publication. Cross-venue revisions can be coordinated without losing track of which menu is affected. An administration portal, shared inventory system, ordering or POS connection would require a separately agreed technical scope.

Begin with an outlet list and one current menu per venue. We can then identify the common work, the differences that need attention and a realistic first phase.
